It's the age old question. I'm sure I don't speak for all twins or additional multiple birth personalities out there. But if I did, I would say something like, "If you don't have a twin, then go get one!"
Yeah, something snotty like that. It's helpful advice like this that keeps my friend circle as wide as the...humm...I just ran out of steam. It is 11:20 PM, so the orginality isn't quite flowing at this point. Hey, did I ask you to visit this site? I don't need your freaky YouTube-esque comments posted about how this girl has nothing original to share.
"Well, I have a set of twin sisters and they are actually funny...you blow chunks."
Whatevs...
Back to the question. What's it like to be a twin? It's a little like being half a person. It's a little embarrasing at times (not remembering which one you are). Can anyone relate here? It's confusing. Especially when you each have the same dream....even as adults! What's with that?
"Get out sis...no really. Get out of my dreams will ya? Okay, so did your cafe have the same creepy man quilting in the corner while nursing a beer in a cowboy boot?"
And the poor spouses in this scenario. Sorry guys...you knew the risks though. "She's the one. No wait. Oops, my bad. There YOU are. Okay now, SHE'S the one."
Oh, I can't forget the children. The poor little ones that we birthed. "I love you mom! Hey, wait a minute. You're not mom. You're Aunt Tess. You're the creepy one. Stop freaking me out Auntie. You do that all the time."
I especially love it when they start crying to their mom. Get's 'em every time. Wait...I've, eh, said too much.
Right. The poor little ones. They didn't ask for this confusion coming into this world. They'll get over it eventually though.
The only thing I can suggest to you 'singles' asking this question, is to stay tuned to this corny, pass the time kind of blog, and try to live your life through vicarisouly through us. I do it all the time with Jennifer Aniston!
